Orchard Fresh
Each Mrs. Prindable's apple is fresh from the orchards of Washington State. We use only Extra Fancy grade apples grown especially for us. We select these crisp, juicy apples based on their extra large size and perfect shape. Once selected, the apples are washed and hand dipped in our famous caramel. Our caramel is homemade using all natural ingredients, such as cream, sugar, and vanilla. It is then slow cooked in small batches in old-fashioned copper kettles. Next, the apple is rolled in the finest of toppings, which may include: pecans, cashews, dried cherries, or even toffee and walnuts. The apple is not complete until is beautifully dressed in the finest chocolate drizzle giving it the finishing touch. When complete, each apple weighs almost 2 pounds.
